Details as follows :
Price : RM5.00 per cupcakes for 3.25oz. (minimum order 20pcs)
Maximum number of different images that can be combined in ONE page is 6 (A4 size).
Price is for per sheet of edible paper, regardless of image count and image size.
Note : When you email me the file in JPEG format at sweetcuppacakes@gmail.com, it must be
> 300kb size, else image print will not be sharp. Pls do inform me 2weeks ahead so i can get it ready on time.

Happy 2nd Birthday to Baby Illy Aisyah Tang Part 2

Yesterday i manage to capture some pics of my lil gurl on her bday at her nursery..well, she does seem excited even start singing and can't wait to put her hands on those delicious cupcakes. Cupcakes were made by me during weekends. I made double moist chocolate cake with chocolate dipping as well....yummm yummmm..They all did enjoyed it very much.

Inspired by Mama Lea's Fondant Cupcake Deco's

When i saw Mama Lea's blog i got sooo excited and impressed with her fondant decorations.

I just love this fondant cupcakes which she and the other's had for Fondant Class..Will update my version on Fondant making once i'm done with baking tonite.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
The ingredients :
240 gm of sugar ( 100 g for the caramel and balance for the cake batter)
Slices of pineapple (fresh or from the can)
150 gm flour (tepung gandum biasa)
2 tsp baking powder
5 eggs
100 gm butter - melted
a few tablespoon of the canned pineapple juice

Grease and flour the sides of your cake tin. In a non-stick frying pan, mix together 100 gm of sugar and 2 tablespoon of water to make the caramel (be careful, very hot here). Pour the caramel into the cake tin. Quickly arrange the pineapple rings. You have to arrange them in a nice way, as once the pineapple rings are in, it will stick to the caramel and you can’t move it anymore.
Prepare the cake batter (you can actually use a cake mix for this instead). Mix the flour, baking powder, remaining sugar and eggs. Mix thoroughly and then add the melted butter. If you want a softer cake, add a few tablespoon of the reserved pineapple juice.
Pour over the pineapple slices. Bake at about 190C for 40 minutes. Once done, let the cake cool down for 20 minutes, invert onto your cake board.
